The Videoinsight® Prize was established by Rebecca Russo – Director of the Videoinsight® Center, Founder and President of the Fondazione Arte Scienza Videoinsight® (2013 – 2024) then of the Videoinsight® Foundation – ETS (2025) that have been integrating Art and Health, as well as Art and Care, since 2010. Its goal is to identify, promote, and acquire — for the Videoinsight® Collection — contemporary artworks with a high Videoinsight® impact, capable of activating the process of care and triggering a profound psychological, emotional, and cognitive resonance. The Videoinsight® Prize evaluates artworks based on their transformative, regenerative, and evolutionary capacity; their potential to foster insight; and their effectiveness in promoting psychophysical well-being. The winning artwork is selected for its symbolic and narrative power, as well as its ability to stimulate intuition, emotional processing, and the regeneration of inner resources. Award-winning works are integrated into Videoinsight® Art for Care programs — covering care, prevention, rehabilitation, support, and guidance — as well as into cultural, exhibition, curatorial, and social projects promoted by Videoinsight® Foundation – ETS.
