Application of the Videoinsight® Method in Training

The second experience of Application of the Videoinsight® Method in Corporate Training took place in UniCredit UniManagement Developing Leadership in Turin, in four stages: May, June, October and November 2013. It was created by Rebecca Russo, in collaboration with Catterina Seia, Anna Simioni, Alberto De Biasi and Laura Bendekovic. In the first two stages Rebecca Russo, in the presence of Catterina Seia and Anna Simioni, showed five Artist videos to two different groups of professionals to illustrate the potential of the Videoinsight® Method. In the second stage the group, led by Rebecca Russo, actively experimented with the Videoinsight® Method by acting out the interpretative performance of the work of Art according to the rules of the Videoinsight® method and concept. In a third phase, Rebecca Russo, in the presence of Catterina Seia, carried out a consultancy focused on the Videoinsight® Method to train two professionals – Alberto De Biasi and Laura Bendekovic – with respect to the application of the Videoinsight® Method, with a group of foreign Managers, in the context of a high-level training workshop focused on the themes of ambiguity and complexity. In the fourth phase Alberto De Biasi and Laura Bendekovic experimented with the Videoinsight® Method by conducting the experience with the group in the presence of Catterina Seia and under the supervision of Rebecca Russo. A comparison followed afterwards.
